• Are all bottles in stock?
All bottles we offer are owned by Christian Winecellars B.V. and are stored in our own air-conditioned warehouse.
• Do you have a stock list?
Our complete stock is also available in an Excel list. Sign up for our newsletter and you will regularly receive an up-to-date version by e-mail, you can also send us a request for an up-to-date list.
• Can I get pictures of the bottles?
The photos shown on our site are of the bottle you actually receive. If the offer is a larger lot, with any comments, we will photograph the bottle in the "worst" condition. You can always receive more photos of a lot or bottles on request.
• Do I have to pay excise duty or VAT?
We charge excise and VAT for private customers within Europe. Depending on the origin of the bottle, it can be sold under the margin scheme. For business customers within the EU (outside the Netherlands) and in possession of a valid VAT number, we can deliver intra-community. Excise duties vary per country and must be handled by the buyer. For deliveries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT, the recipient must pay local VAT and excise duties.
• How fast will the order be shipped?
We strive for the fastest possible shipment after receipt of payment. This usually happens the same day, otherwise within 24 hours. If you prefer a specific delivery date, you can always contact us.
• How long does the delivery take?
We ship by UPS express. For deliveries within the Netherlands, delivery is made the next day. Deliveries within Europe can take 2 working days. For further destinations 3 to 4 working days. We have no influence on any delay in delivery. For pallet volumes, we work with logistics partners to deliver the shipment under favorable conditions.
• Do you ship to Hong Kong or Singapore?
We ship to Hong Kong, Singapore Japan and other Asian destinations. For this we use TNT or our air freight partners at Schiphol Airport.
• Do you ship to the USA or Canada?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the USA or Canada due to local import restrictions.
• To which countries do you ship?
In the overview below you can see to which countries we can ship regularly and without problems. For other destinations, we request that you contact us.
• What are the shipping costs?
In the overview below you can calculate the shipping costs per country, this is also automatically calculated when you place your order. For pallet volume orders, please contact us, we can then quote the most favorable shipping method.
• How can I order?
You can place your order through our webshop, by email or by phone. We will then process your order immediately.
• How can I pay?
We offer an extensive package of payment options via the website, namely Ideal / Bancontact / Giropay / WeChatPay / Apple Pay and regular bank transfer. We prefer that you use Ideal or direct bank transfer whenever possible.
• Can I also pick up the order?
You can pick up the order personally or with our own courier service. Check this option during your order, no shipping costs will be charged. We will contact you to make an appointment so that your bottles are ready.
• Can I pay in cash or by card?
You can also pay in cash when you pick up your order. We do not have a card reader.
